Jack has spent over twenty years in public safety, more than a decade of it with Laguna Beach Marine Safety, where he worked as an ocean lifeguard, rescue-watercraft operator, dispatcher, supervisor, and junior lifeguard coordinator, directing emergency response and rescue operations on one of California's busiest coastlines — a crowded, high-tempo environment where the first few minutes decide everything.
A career firefighter with a major metropolitan fire department since 2015, he has spent the past five years in marine operations as a fireboat firefighter and rescue scuba diver, planning for and responding to emergencies in complex, high-risk settings. It's the same discipline Battlement brings to a show ground or a factory floor: anticipate what can go wrong, build the plan, and drill the people who will run it.

Mohammad is a ten-year veteran firefighter with a major metropolitan fire department and has been a Nationally Registered EMT for fourteen years. He has served communities from South Los Angeles to the San Fernando Valley and works as a Firefighter/Engineer, driving and operating fire apparatus and supporting incident operations on scenes where a clear command structure and defined roles are what keep people safe.
He is also co-founder of Nara Risk Management, where he serves as a subject-matter expert in wildfire operations and risk assessment, helping develop data-driven tools that improve how wildfire risk is evaluated for residential properties. That same assessment discipline shapes how Battlement reads a client's site and the hazards specific to it — wildfire and evacuation at an outdoor venue, or the seismic, fire, and process risks on a working floor.
We are not inspectors, and we don't sell reports that sit on shelves. We spend our careers seeing organizations on their worst days — our work is making sure yours is ready before that day comes. That's the difference between a plan that's been reviewed and a team that's been rehearsed.
